Folded in three with folds to each corner measuring 4 cm., 1.9 cm., 4.2 cm., 3.7 cm. respectively. 2 mm. tear to upper left corner, 4.5 cm tear to upper edge., 6 mm. tear to upper right corner, 4 mm. tear to lower right edge, 1.9 cm. tear to lower left corner, 3 mm. loss to lower left edge. Moderate foxing around recto edges.
