Published on the occasion of the inauguration of the large-scale project "Gartenschlauch (Garden Hose)," Stülinger Park, Freiburg-im-Breisgau, Germany, May 2, 1983. The name 'Erasmus' on the announcement refers to the Dutch humanist scholar Desiderius Erasmus, who was the first editor of the New Testament and live for six years in Freiburg-im-Breisgau in the late fifteenth and early sixteenth centuries.
