Some issues were sent out lacking the 8mm film, but with salmon colored insert stating "IMPORTANT NOTICE / Because of mailing requirements, the reel of 8mm film, which is a vital part of the double issue, is being mailed to you in a SEPARATE PACKAGE. / You'll be receiving it shortly. When it arrives, put it right in this box along with the other goodies."
