Condition:  Good / Very Good. Sheets folded once as issued with one staple (still present joining top edges of the two sheets and leaving set of holes at bottom edge). Illustrated sheet in Very Good condition. Second sheet with typographical information has hand addressing on verso, residue from removed postage stamp and stain from a label which has mildly migrated to recto of same sheet.
